Children’s Miracle Network’s Radiothon

On Friday, August 28^th members from the GFWC Williston Junior Woman’s Club, joined by members from the GFWC Gainesville Junior Woman’s Club, spent a few hours of their evening answering phones and taking pledges from callers at the Children’s Miracle Network’s 9th Annual Shands for Kids Radiothon. The three day event raised $209,000 for pediatric programs at Shands Children’s Hospital. The Williston Juniors were thrilled to be able to help a hospital that helps so many children in our community.
